Cream Cheese with Cranberry Horseradish Sauce

- 1 cup can cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup onion, medium minced
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- fresh cranberries to garnich
Combine cranberry sauce, sugar, minced onion, horseradish and sea salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Pour into a glass bowl, cool, and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Top cream cheese with Cranberry-Horseradish Sauce.
Serve with crackers and smoked salmon.
