This refreshing, citrusy dressing complements Tex-Mex or BBQ.
Zest and juice of 2 limes
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon organic ground cumin
Organic ground black pepper to taste
½ cup sour cream
Small bunch of cilantro, chopped
Blend in food processor or blender and toss with fresh greens.
