- 1.Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2.Cut the stem from each kale leaf.
- 3.Toss the kale with olive oil – only enough to barely coat the leaves. Otherwise they get soggy.
- 4.Place on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
- 5.Sprinkle with sea salt, caraway seeds, and sesame seeds.
- 6.Bake for 10 minutes.
- 7.Plate and eat.
- 1 bunch of kale, the curlier the better
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon organic caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon organic black sesame seeds
