Morning Fuel Breakfast Smoothie

Another day, another breakfast smoothie. This smoothie recipe is super healthy. Just a tablespoon of Morning Fuel adds a healthy one-two punch of fiber and omega-3 – courtesy of the main ingredient, chia seeds. Use the ingredients here, or whatever your heart desires… but don’t forget the Morning Fuel!


  • 1.Pull out your Ninja, Bullet, or regular old blender.
  • 2.Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.


  • 1 very ripe banana
  • handful of frozen fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Smith & Truslow Morning Fuel
