Ginger Mustard Grilled Chicken Breasts

  • 1.Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • 2.Create a medium thick paste from olive oil and Ginger Mustard Rub.
  • 3.Combine chicken breasts, and rub mixture into a plastic ziploc bag. Massage for about 5 minutes
  • 4.Leave to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  • 5.Preheat grill to high heat. Oil grates.
  • 6.Place chicken breasts on grill with tongs.
  • 7.Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping (only once) to cook the other sides for 6-8 minutes.
  • 8.Remove chicken breasts from heat, tenting them in tin foil. Let rest for about 5-8 minutes.
  • 9.Slice and serve. (We like having them top fresh green salads!)


  • 2-4 boneless chicken breasts
