Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Directions

  • 1.Pat pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  • 2.Combine Coriander Cumin Rub and olive oil in ziploc bag.
  • 3.Let marinate in fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 4.Preheat grill to medium heat. Oil the grates.
  • 5.Transfer pork to grill with tongs.
  • 6.Close cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning ever few minutes.
  • 7.Remove from grill (internal temperature of pork should reach 145°), and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
