Lobster Rolls

Who says lobster rolls are summer-only meals? A year-round favorite here, they could be the featured fare for this year’s Super Bowl party (of two)! Smith & Truslow Half Moon Bay Seasoning, celery sea salt, lemon juice and scallions combine to add just the right amount of flavor to the lobster. Served on Brioche buns lightly toasted in garlic butter… mmm mm.
