- 1.Preheat oven to 375°.
- 2.Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- 3.Combine all ingredients in bowl, thoroughly mixing.
- 4.Place potato wedges on pan and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 1 pound mini creamer potatoes (bi- or tri-color for interest!)
- 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Mile High Steak Rub
- Additional pinch of salt, if desired (there's salt in the Mile High blend)
- Remove from oven, and serve.
