Riced Za’atar Cauliflower

For the quickest, savoriest Middle Eastern side of riced cauliflower, grab come organic Za’atar seasoning and and sliced almonds (for a nutty nuance). For those who like a little more heat, add some Harissa seasoning for North African flair.


  • 1.Heat butter in a skillet.
  • 2.Add cauliflower and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • 3.Add almonds and seasoning(s), and continue to heat for another 1-5 minutes. (Taste-test for your desired firmness.)
  • 4.Remove from heat. Serve.


  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons sliced almond
  • 2 teaspoons organic Za'atar seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon organic harissa seasoning (if you're looking for a little heat)
