- 1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2.Drizzle asparagus spears with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher sea salt. Roast for about 20 minutes, or until nice and crispy.
- 3.Meanwhile, thoroughly mix mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder (and horse radish) for dipping.
