1.Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.

2.Drizzle asparagus spears with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher sea salt.

3.If cooking in the oven, roast for about 20 minutes, or until nice and crispy.

4.If grilling, cook for 6-10 minutes with the lid closed, until tender and crisp. Be careful not to overcook, or the spears will get soggy.

5.Meanwhile, thoroughly mix mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder, and horse radish for dipping.
