Summer Garden Salad

This summer garden salad is the scrumptious way to use some of your summer bounty – a big fresh tomato, cool cucumber, and crisp lettuce leaves. And, add whatever else you’ve got growing – snap peas, snow peas, peppers… Pick up some fresh mozzarella, and avocado oil, and you’re ready to slice up a sensationally easy and oh-so-yummy salad.

  • 1.Slice tomato, mozzarella, and cucumber.
  • 2.In a bowl, combine arugula, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, greek seasoning, and celery salt.
  • 3.Plate the dressed lettuce, and top with layered tomatoes, cucumbers, mozzarella, and basil.
  • 4.Garnish with another dash of celery salt.
