1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Za'atar Seasoning and olive oil in a small bowl to form a paste.
2.Cut pita open around the edge to create two rounds. Repeat with second pita.
3.Place pita rounds on a baking sheet. Spread Za'atar paste over rough sides of pita rounds using back of a spoon.
