Roasted Asparagus Spears with Curry Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus spears
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Organic Curry Powder

Instructions

  1. Drizzle asparagus spears with olive oil and sea salt. 

  2. Roast at 400° for about 1/2 hour, maybe less – until nice and crispy. 

  3. Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon Organic Curry Powder for dipping.
