- 1 bunch asparagus spears
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- dash of sea salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Organic Curry Powder
Drizzle asparagus spears with olive oil and sea salt.
Roast at 400° for about 1/2 hour, maybe less – until nice and crispy.
Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon Organic Curry Powder for dipping.
