Blueberry, Cucumber and Quinoa Salad with Lemon Basil Vinagrette

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil

4 teaspoons dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine the cooked quinoa, blueberries, cucumber, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, and basil and pour over the salad.
season with salt and pepper.
