Grilled Salmon with Lemon Dill Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. salmon fillet, skin on
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil, more for the baking sheet

  • 1 Tbs Lemon Dill seasoning

Directions

  1. Position an oven rack about 8 inches away from the broiler element and heat the broiler to high.
  2. Use 1 Tbs of olive oil to coat a large, rimmed baking sheet. Set the salmon skin side down on the baking sheet, sprinkle with 1 Tbs. oil and the lemon dill seasoning.  Let sit for 10 minutes

  3. Broil the salmon until it starts to brown and becomes almost firm to the touch, about 13 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and serve
