Chicken Thighs with Ginger Mustard Marinade

Ingredients

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup white wine

1 teaspoon dijon style mustard

1 ½ Tablespoons Organic Ginger·Mustard Rub

2 lbs chicken thighs (trim off fat and skin)
Directions
combine vinegar, oil, wine, mustard and ginger mustard rub together.
add chicken thighs and cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling
grill over medium heat until internal temp is 160 degrees.
remove from heat and let sit for 5-10 minutes until internal temp reaches 165 degrees
serve with rice and fresh salad.
