Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese

  • 3 Tablepoons butter

  • 1 ¾ cups sifted confectioners’ sugar

  • 1 Tbsp gran marnier

  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut flakes, toasted (optional)

Directions

  1. Cream the butter and cream cheese.

  2. Alternately add confectioners’ sugar, gran marnier and vanilla.

  3. Beat until smooth.

  4. Frost cake.

  5. Sprinkle top with rest of coconut.
