Ingredients

1 ½ pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese

3 Tablepoons butter

1 ¾ cups sifted confectioners’ sugar

1 Tbsp gran marnier
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 cup coconut flakes, toasted (optional)
Directions
- Cream the butter and cream cheese.
Alternately add confectioners’ sugar, gran marnier and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Frost cake.
Sprinkle top with rest of coconut.
