Easy to Make Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
Dough

1 pkg active dry yeast

1 cup warm water

¼ cup sugar

2 Tablespoons oleo, softened (Yup! - right from the old recipe card! - Butter for you youngins)

1 egg
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
3 ¼- 3½ cups flour
Filling
-
4 Tablespoons butter, softened
-
⅓ cup brown sugar
-
¼ cup organic cinnamon
Directions
disolve yeast in water
add sugar, butter, and egg
add 2 cups flour, beat until smooth
knead in remaining flour until dough is easy to handle
let rise in greased covered bowl until double in size (about 1 hour)
roll dough out into large rectangle
Spread dough with butter
mix brown sugar with cinnamon and spread evenly over the rectangle
Roll the dough starting on the long edge
Cut roll into 12-14 slices and place in a greased baking pan
Cover and let rise again till double (about an hour)
bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes.
