Grilled Chicken Garam Masala

This Chicken with Garam Masala goes to show that delicious doesn’t need to be difficult. Simply marinate in Smith & Truslow custom-blended garam masala, and you’ve got an exotic Indian dish.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon organic ground black peppercorns
- 1-1/2 teaspoons organic Garam Masala
- 2 chicken breasts
Directions
Make a marinade by whisking together the mustard, vinegar, olive oil and spices.
Cut chicken breasts in half. Pound breasts to 1/2 inch thick and even in height.
Marinate chicken overnight in airtight plastic bag.
Grill chicken over medium heat until done, approx. 20-25 mins.
