Ingredients

6 small sweet potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 Tablespoon Coriander Fennel Seasoning

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425° F.
Wash the sweet potatoes, and cut them in steak fries wedges.
Toss the sweet potatoes with 2 Tablespoons of olive oil to lightly coat them. Then season them with coriander fennel seasoning.
Use 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to grease a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread sweet potatoes evenly on the sheet and roast until they are beginning to caramelize and crisp around the edges, approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
