Salmon Filet with Coriander Fennel Rub

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. salmon fillet, skin on

2 Tbs. olive oil, more for the baking sheet

1 Tbs coriander fennel seasoning
Directions
- Position an oven rack about 8 inches away from the broiler element and heat the broiler to high.
Use 1 Tbs of olive oil to coat a large, rimmed baking sheet. Set the salmon skin side down on the baking sheet, sprinkle with 1 Tbs. oil and the coriander fennel seasoning. Let sit for 10 minutes
- Broil the salmon until it starts to brown and becomes almost firm to the touch, about 13 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve
