Ingredients
Salad
- 2 avocados, pitted and sliced
- 1 ear of corn, roasted and cut off the cob

1 cup shelled edamame
Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Za'atar

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Mix the dressing ingredients together
- Toss the dressing over the salad ingredients.
