This Creamy Cajun Chicken and Pasta is a delightful blend of spicy and creamy flavors. The chicken pieces are seasoned with Cajun spices and roasted to perfection. They are then served along side a cajun creamy pasta dish wich combines penne with heavy cream, chicken broth, sautéed bell peppers, garlic,and Parmesan cheese. Finished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, this dish offers a perfect balance of heat and creaminess, making it a comforting and flavorful meal that’s sure to impress. 🍝
Ingredients

1 chicken cut into 8 pieces

3 Tablespoons Cajun Spice (divided)

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 red bell peppers, sliced

2 yellow bell peppers, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream
-
1 ½ cups chicken broth
-
1 ½ cups grated Parmesean cheese

12 oz penne pasta
-
salt and pepper to taste

Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
Cajun Roasted Chicken
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
Season chicken with 2 Tablespoons Organic Cajun Spice
Let chicken rest for at least 30 minutes.
Roast chicken until done (30ish minutes) internal temperature 160 degrees.
Pasta
Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside
Cajun Sauce
Saute peppers and garlic until tender 3-4 minutes
Reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Let cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
Add the cooked pasta and Parmesean cheese and toss to coat.
Serve along side roasted chicken pieces. Garnish with chopped parsley.
