Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley, rinsed
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, rinsed

2 teaspoons dried organic oregano

⅓ cup red wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice

½ teaspoon organic granulated garlic

1 teaspoon organic red pepper flakes

½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions
Combine everything but the olive oil together in a food processor, and pulse.
Drizzle the olive oil in to the mixture while it is blending.
Serve with cheese, beef, chicken, or fish.
