Riced Za’atar Cauliflower

For the quickest, savoriest Middle Eastern side of riced cauliflower, grab come organic Za’atar seasoning and and sliced almonds (for a nutty nuance). For those who like a little more heat, add some Harissa seasoning for North African flair.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sliced almond
- 2 teaspoons organic Za'atar seasoning
- 1 teaspoon organic harissa seasoning (if you're looking for a little heat)
Directions
Heat butter in a skillet.
Add riced cauliflower and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add almonds and seasoning(s) and continue to heat for another 1-5 minutes. (Taste-test for your desired firmness.)
Remove from heat. Serve.
