Pasta with Garlic and Chili Crisp

Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta

4 Tablespoons heavy cream

4 Tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons chili crisp
- salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup Parmesan, grated

1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions
Strain pasta saving ¼ cup of pasta water
Return pasta to pan and add cream and butter, stir until butter is melted
Stir in chili crisp and garlic powder
Add salt and pepper to taste
Plate and then top with parmesean cheese and parsley flakes.
