Lemon and dill is the seafood pairing that never needed improving. Bright citrus, fresh anise-tinged dill, a little mustard for warmth underneath, onion and black pepper rounding it out.

Five organic herbs and spices, plus sea salt: lemon peel, dill weed, onion, black pepper, yellow mustard, and sea salt.
