Organic Granulated Onion

Looking for onion powder? Pure onion powder clumps into a solid block without anticaking agents, and we don't use them. Our granulated onion is the same organic onion, ground slightly coarser so it stays free-flowing. Use it the same way you'd use onion powder. For a finer texture, give it a few pulses in a spice grinder.

Same idea as the garlic — onion, ground to a coarser grain than powder, built to hold up in a dry rub without turning to paste the second it hits moisture.
