Ginger Mustard Grilled Chicken Breasts

These ginger mustard grilled chicken breasts are a crowd (and kid!) pleaser. A simple paste of olive oil and our organic Ginger Mustard Rub, a zesty blend of ginger, mustard, cumin, thyme and sage, coats the chicken before it hits the grill. The result is juicy and flavorful with a little bite. Slice it over a green salad, serve it with roasted vegetables or tuck it into wraps. Gluten-free, dairy-free and paleo.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
- 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Organic Ginger Mustard Rub
Directions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Create a medium thick paste from olive oil and Ginger Mustard Rub.
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken breasts and rub mixture and massage for about 2 minutes
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 - 120 minutes
- Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, flipping only once, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping (only once) to cook the other sides for 6-8 minutes.
- Remove chicken breasts from heat, tenting them in tin foil. Let rest for about 5-8 minutes
- Slice and serve. (We like having them top fresh green salads!)
