Every incoming lot of our organic herbs and spices undergoes rigorous compliance testing against National Organic Program (NOP) pesticide standards — so you can be confident our spices have no pesticides, no synthetic chemicals, and no residues. Our entire line is what clean label spices should be: pure ingredients, full stop. We use no anticaking agents, no fillers, no artificial flavorings, and no irradiation. Our organic spices and organic spice blends are non-irradiated — treated only with steam sterilization, which preserves flavor and integrity without chemical intervention. The only exception is our Black Truffle Sea Salt, which contains a natural truffle flavoring. All other products are strictly pure ingredients and have no added flavorings.
